This wide-ranging project (75,000 square meters) for mixed use (residential, hotel, commercial) designed by architect Mario Cucinella, will be built in the city of Accra. The retail area covers an area of about 13,000 square meters and will host international brand stores alongside a selection of restaurants and bars, all complemented by a children play area.
