Real estate and fashion in his DNA, Luca has been a major player in the history of retail in Italy since 1989: manager and partner in Cushman&Wakefield, manager in Pirelli RE, head of start up and Managing Director in McArthurGlen and board member of Value Retail. In 2005 he and three other professionals founded Realty Partners, a strategic consultancy agency in real estate. Among his achievements, Serravalle, the first outlet in Italy, Porta Nuova, and City Life (development and concepting). Luca was Chairman of Urban Land Institute Italy, pioneer member of Mapic Executive Committee, VP of Assoimmobililare and member of the EXPO Fiera Executive Committee.

Laurea in Lingue e Letterature Straniere conseguita presso l’Università IULM di Milano. Nel suo percorso formativo ha sviluppato competenze in ambito PR & Communications in realtà come GQ, Henkel e Prada.

Graduated in IULM Public Relation in Milan and with a Master’s degree from SDA Bocconi as Communication Manager, she gained extensive knowledge in international contexts as head of management of factory outlets in Europe, covering the roles of international leasing director and country manager for Neinver Italy. Among her achievements, the start-up phase of Franciacorta Outlet. Currently, she is working in Dea RE as Head of Leasing and Business Development Manager for the project of The Market in San Marino.

Graduated in Aeronautical Engineering in 1996 at the University of Naples Federico II, in 1999 he obtained the title of Ph.D in Materials Engineering and in 2004 the Master’s degree in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi. He began his professional activity in 1990 at the family business active in the aerospace sector as a manufacturer of mechanical and hydraulic parts and groups and in 1999 he entered the real estate finance sector as a financial analyst of the European real estate acquisition team of General Electric Capital at the European headquarters in Paris. After joining Realty Partners, in 2006 he joined Tishman Speyer and participated in the start-up of the South East Europe platform, the speculative Tishman Speyer sgr and the platform in Turkey. From 2014 to 2016 he was strategic consultant for Fund Raising, Investment and Asset Management activities for PGIM Real Estate. From 2014 he began to deal with the development of The Market – San Marino Outlet Experience project as Sponsor and Development Manager and from 2018 he managed and coordinated the Investment and Asset Management activities in Italy on behalf of Apollo Investment.

Graduated in Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures, after working in the fashion industry for several Italian and international brand, he joins the McArthurGlen Europe team, as Executive Assistant and Leasing Coordinator. Since 2004 she has been in Realty Partners and subsequently in DEA RE she as relation manager for luxury brands. In the past she was the coordinator for Italy of ULI (Urban Land Institute).

After an initial professional career in the publishing field, having collaborated for important publishing houses such as De Agostini, RCS and Zanichelli, he moved on to the Real Estate sector where he specialized in the leasing of Factory Outlet, Retail Park and Shopping Mall, both as new projects and redevelopments. He has worked for various Italian and international players, focussing in the management of lease contracts and relationship with the brand.

Graduated in Management Engineering with major in Finance at the Milan Politecnico, he started working in London at Christie’s Auction. He moved then to Milan’s Credit Agricole, as Credit Analyst in the Large Corporate, dealing with the assessment of the financial solidity and monitoring of the performance of the credit portfolio. He is now in DEA RE with the role of Business and Financial Analyst.

He graduated in Architecture at the Milan Polytechnic in 1999. Subsequently, he obtained professional qualification and attended the Master of Urban Management at the Domus Academy in Milan. He has been actively working in the real estate industry since 2000 specializing in Asset Management and Development Management, managing complex projects from the startup to the completion. Among these, Feltrinelli Porta Nuova (headquarters of Microsoft Italy) and the F.I.CO (the largest agri-food park in the world), both winners of the MIPIM Award in 2018.
