Advisory and Letting
– For PALAZZO BROGGI, DEA in 2010 designed a new concept for Unicredit, working on a pre-project and a feasibility analysis with mixed use for the best use in the total redevelopment of this historic building.
– For PALAZZO SAVONELLI, DEA in 2009 carried out the letting activity of this historic building for retail use.
