Since 2015 DEA has started a coordination activity on behalf of the ReItaly Fund for the optimization of a portfolio consisting of shopping centers, commercial malls and department stores. Since 2017, the Asset Management activity has been carried out for all properties of the Fund, including Bicocca Village and Gate, an entertainment center of about 40,000 square meters, opened in 2005 in the Bicocca district, north of Milan.

What has done DEA for Bicocca Village:

From 2015 to november 2017 DEA worked as a strategic consultant to support the Asset Manager and the Bicocca Village Property.

What DEA is doing for Bicocca Village:

From november 2017 DEA directly carries out the activity of Asset Manager of Bicocca Village. During these years DEA has continuously worked on the repositioning of Bicocca Village with the aim of giving the Center a well-defined identity, qualifying both the food offer, through the inclusion of new formats, and identifying new types of offers able to meet the needs of the clients.
