The first Designer Outlet Village in Finland that will host Italian and international premium and luxury brands. It will be part of an important urban redevelopment project that will include a marina, an international ferry terminal and cruise ships, a modern railway and bus hub, hotels, restaurants, cinemas and residential buildings, next to the existing National Maritime Museum. It will be a high-level destination that will attract Russian tourists and the rich Finnish catchment area. Over 200 boutiques on over 40.000 square meters of GLA are planned, developed in successive phases.

Advisory – Agency – Letting: presounding activities with an assessment of the interest of Italian premium / luxury brands, more or less present on the Nordic and in particular the Finnish market; evaluation and drafting of the rent roll in synergy; identification of a marketing strategy and visibility of the project on the Italian market; entire letting activity with collection of letters of interest, HoTs and HoTs bindings from Italian brands; from 2016 with the extension of the action to the international and local brands of Finland, coordinating the activity of a Finnish leasing manager and reporting directly to the project sponsors; development of marketing actions with B2B promotional events.
