The present website controlled and managed by DEA (referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Dea”, “Dea Company”, “we”, “us”) and the present  information is provided pursuant to articles 13 and 122 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 (Privacy Policy) taking into account the Authority’s Provision 08 May 2014 “Identification of the simplified procedures for the disclosure and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies” (published in the Official Gazette No. 126 of 3 June 2014 ).

What are cookies and how we use them

Cookies are information (small text strings) sent by a web server to your web browser when you visit a website. Cookies are used for different purposes: performing computer authentication, monitoring sessions, storing information on specific configurations concerning users accessing the server, storing preferences, and so on. During navigation, the user may receive on his terminal cookies from different sites (so-called “third-party” cookies), set directly by the operators of said websites and used for the purposes and according to the procedures defined by them. The Directive on Electronic Communications and the Provision of the Privacy Guarantor of 8 May 2014, n. 229, regarding “Identification of the simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies”, provide that the use of cookies can be allowed only with the consent of the user.
